Note: Please turn off the radio and remove the battery before cleaning. 

Solutions to the Problems in Using Two-way Radios
Problem 1 The radio can not be powered on.
       Solution 1: Remove the battery and attach it again.
       Solution 2: Recharge or replace the battery.
       Solution 3: Clean the battery contacts.
Problem 2 The voice is weak, intermittent or can not be heard during receiving signals.
       Solution 1: Recharge or replace the battery.
       Solution 2: Increase the volume.
       Solution 3: Power off the radio and reinstall the antenna.
       Solution 4: Clean the surface of the speaker.
Problem 3 You can not communicate with other group members.
       Solution 1: Set the TX/RX frequency and signaling to the same as those of other radios in the group.
       Solution 2: Make sure all group members are on the same digital/analog channel.
       Solution 3: Move towards other group members.
Problem 4 Irrelevant communications or noises are heard on the channel.
       Solution 1: Change the frequency or adjust the squelch level.
       Solution 2: Set signaling for all member radios to avoid interference at the same frequency.

       Solution 2: Move to an open and flat ground, turn on the radio and try again.
